Reigning Premier League champions Chelsea are on the verge of losing their star player Eden Hazard following the latest report that the Belgian will be joining Real Madrid next season.
Eden Hazard has been heavily linked with a move to the Spanish club, and even last summer, he almost joined Los Blancos but the injury he got blocked the move.
And now the Belgian international is said to have been convinced and he is presently looking for house in Madrid according to the report by Don Balon.
The report also stated that Hazard has told Chelsea chiefs that he wants to leave the Blues at the end of the season for a new challenge in the Spanish La Liga.
The Belgium forward also knows he will have more chances to win silverware with Real, as well as boosting his odds of winning the Ballon d’Or at the Bernabeu.
This season in the Premier League, Eden Hazard has been superb for Chelsea, and the Belgian even scored twice in the Blues' last game against West Brom.
His father had earlier told reporters that his son would be joining Real Madrid at the end of the season, although Hazard later cautioned his dad on the statement.
Chelsea are currently occupying fourth position on the Premier League standings with 53 points after 27 games, and the Blues are 19 points behind leaders Manchester City.
