- Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo is allegedly responsible for the re-arrest and imprisonment of Kemi Olunloyo

- Olunloyo was re-arrested on March 30 after being released on bail by a Magistrate Court sitting in Port Harcourt

More light has been thrown on why Kemi Olunloyo was sent back to prison hours after she was granted bail by a Port Harcourt Magistrate Court.

Legit.ng had reported that Olunloyo was remanded in prison again by a Federal High Court also in Port Harcourt after she secured a bail from the Magistrate Court on Thursday, March 30. It is now being alleged that actress Iyabo Ojo was the one who filed the Federal High Court suit that saw Kemi get remanded again.

On Monday, April 3, on-air-personality Daddy Freeze shared the update on his Instagram page.

He wrote:"Kemi Olunloyo remanded over Iyabo's defamation suit, filed at the high court, after getting bail from Ibiyomie's suit filed at the magistrate court, according to #FreeTheSheeple member @drews_african_barbie who said Kemi was in good spirits after visiting her in prison. ~FRZ"

Olunloyo was initially arrested in her Ibadan home on March 5. She was taken to Port-Harcourt prison for allegedly defaming the general overseer of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie. She was granted but later denied bail.

The outspoken and controversial social media critic had posted a story about Pastor Ibiyeomie being romantically linked with Ojo. She also alleged the pastor spends his church's money on the actress who is a mother of two.
